Laurel Ridge is a Deed Restricted Community located in the Ridge Area of Beverly Hills Florida. We have beautiful rolling hills and moderate temperatures. Our location is on the “Nature’s Coast” in central west Florida. Only 70 miles from Tampa and Orlando makes us a perfect location for all the beaches and popular attractions .

   Our residents are made up mostly of retired folks. We have larger homes and Villas in two sections known as Hillwood and Greenside. We also have a recreation area with a walking trail, horse shoe courts, meeting room and pool for use by all residents. We are also surrounded by the challenging Twisted Oaks Golf Club. Shopping is convenient in Inverness, Crystal River and Ocala.
